What are Out-of-Network benefits?
We are an Out-of-network practice which means, you may be eligible to receive reimbursement directly from your insurance company if you have out-of-network benefits.
If you need help checking your out-of-network insurance benefits, simply call the phone number on the back of your insurance card and ask the representative “Do I have out-of-network benefits” “What are my out-of-network benefits for therapy”. If I have Out-of-Network benefits, how do I receive reimbursement?
In order to receive reimbursement from your insurance company, we will provide you with a Superbill on a monthly basis.
A Superbill is the receipt that you need to submit to your insurance company in order for them to reimburse you for a portion of the services.

Using out of network benefits for your therapy can be a great way to for you to meet your insurance deductible quicker than in-network care. Most often after you meet your deductible, many services become covered making your overall costs decrease. Check with your insurance provider about your deductible and out-of-netowrk benefits.

Self-pay provides you with the ultimate privacy and choice. By not including insurance in your care at all, you are in complete charge, removing the risk of your insurance company denying claims and removing accessibilty to your care. Self-pay allows for full privacy as your medical records cannot be accessed by your insurance company.

Our rates are $175-$250 for a 45 minute Psychotherapy session. Longer sessions are pro-rated for each minute after the 45 minutes. Each therapist has their own rate.

Yes, each of our therapists have a set number of sliding scale slots on their caseload. These slots are reserved for those who needed most. If you feel you need assistance please ask during your free 20 minute phone consultation.
